Jorge Aliaga in Kirkcaldy.

Kirkcaldy is situated in the Kingdom of Fife known to be one of the happiest places to live in Scotland for its natural beauty, vibrant contemporary and historic culture, and easy commuter links which combined offer a quality of life which is hard to beat.

Kirkcaldy has a 16.5ml(26km) route around the outskirts of Kirkcaldy. Pleasant scenery along Fife Coastal Path with much of the route along wooded paths. Kirkcaldy has 26 beaches to pick from.

Adam Smith was born in Kirkcaldy, in 1723, a town in Fife, Scotland. Though a small town, Kirkcaldy is a mere ten miles north of Edinburgh, separated from it by the Firth of Forth.
