Flipping Chifeng Forum: Chifeng Street and Local Creation
Dear friends, this Friday (November 29th), Yu Jiarong, director of culture and creative work of the Little Rock Village, "Chifeng Street and Local Creation," will deliver the" Flipping Chifeng Forum."
Yu Jiarong founded "Southern Wind" with his partners in Tainan ten years ago, This magazine has become an important indicator of local creation in Taiwan and promotes a deep connection between people and land. In 2012, he founded an independent rock music festival with friends in his hometown of Taipa Da Nang, Kaohsiung. The festival, directed by Yu, has injected cultural and economic momentum into the local area.
Recently, Yu Jiarong joined with entrepreneurs from Kaohsiung Sea Line to promote the "Danang Inland Sea Initiative", which connects cultural landscapes and community forces in the Kang, lake and other places. He plans to invite artists, cooks, writers, etc. to build a local future that combines culture, ecology and industry.
In this talk, he will share past experiences and future plans, leading us to rethink the infinite possibilities of local creation.
