Diego Vicuña Villar one of the greatest Peruvian decimistas.

Diego Vicuña Villar (1937),  decimista,  poet and composer, born in Canta, Lima. He was the author of the Peruvian polka: "Echa Muni". In the year 2013 won the Iberoamerican Humoristic Dècimas Competition held in Mexico.  

He passed away on October 1, 2017, in Lima.
